Lenovo

Originally formed in the 80's under the name Legend, Lenovo acquired IBM's personal computer business in 2005 paying $1.25 billion for IBM's computer business and assumed an additional $500 million of debt. This acquisition made Lenovo the third-largest computer maker worldwide by volume.

Lenovo operates from more than 60 countries, supplying demand across the globe to more than 160 countries. With primary sites in Beijing, China, and North Carolina, USA, Lenovo envisions, creates and supplies; pc's, tablet's, smartphones, workstations, servers, data storage devices, IT management software and smart TV's.
